My professional work has ranged from working in clinical and rehabilitative settings, to facilitating and training service-focused teams, to developing partnerships and speaking on behalf of non-profit organizations.
Throughout my career, I have worked as a counselor, advisor, and mentor to professional colleagues, athletes, students, and others who are looking to move forward and reach their personal and professional goals.
For the past fifteen years, I have walked alongside individuals dealing with difficult circumstances, and serving others from a “Wounded Healer” perspective. My focus always remains on those I am supporting, and helping them develop the skills, confidence, and vision to move forward in their careers and personal pursuits.
I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute, and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am regularly asked to speak to organizations and community groups, and always welcome the opportunity to meet and engage new people, particularly when I can hear their personal stories and support them on their own journey to being better speakers and communicators.
Matt Bell, M.S., M.Div., CPCC

On a personal note, I was born and raised in Northern California, and currently live in the East Bay Area with my wife, daughter, and 15-year-old pooch, who keeps things lively by walking around the house barking at nothing. I enjoy exercise, trying new foods, and exploring new places and meeting people . . . . but my true passion is continuing to find ways to learn and grow, especially in regard to how I can help others do the same.
